We need an entrepreneurial Affiliate Manager to launch a new profit center within our Nami Affiliate division. You will sign up great offers across several verticals, recruit affiliates, and run this business on Nami’s proprietary affiliate management platform, a technology currently used by nearly 100 CPA networks. If you’ve had a couple years of experience working for an affiliate network or Internet advertiser or agency, and you want to prove what you can achieve – then this is for you. This position will earn a lot of visibility and recognition, not to mention financial reward. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily responsibilities: Find and secure attractive CPA offers. Recruit and build an external team of affiliates, publishers, e-mail partners across multiple channels. Coordinate development of creatives. Manage the offers and network using Nami’s proprietary web-based affiliate platform. Optimize conversion results using Nami’s proprietary Intelligent Landing Pages™ tools. Report on progress and be accountable for the bottom line. Propose and prioritize improvements to the systems and coordinate with our development team. For the right candidate, future responsibilities can quickly include some or all of: Leading and training additional team members. Managing other aspects of the Affiliate division, including high-volume and international partners and resellers. Proposing and implementing systems linking Nami Affiliate to our other businesses.

Experience, Qualifications:

At least 2 years experience in the Internet advertising industry, preferably with affiliate marketing or other pay-for-performance marketing. Demonstrated examples of managing offers and/or affiliates. SEO/SEM experience not necessary. Proficient at Excel, web-based reports, tracking systems. Team player with absolute honesty and a desire to make a big impact. Presentable and positive communicator with clients, affiliates and colleagues.

Working conditions:

Full-time. Based at company offices in Mar Vista / West L.A. Occasional travel to industry shows will be expected.
